We don't quote projects based on the number of pages in a web site or how small or large your company might be. If you are shopping price, be careful.

Some designers will publish hourly rates, but it takes them three times as long to accomplish a given task (and sometimes your business ends up developing the entire web site with little or no input and direction from the web designer).

Also, be careful about choosing designers who charge by the page or a flat rate for a given number of pages. To get the best price on the project, you often limit yourselves by cramming information on as few pages as possible. Not only is this a bad design move, it also takes you away from focusing on creating a customer oriented web site.

The Design Process

We use a proven and tested system for designing client web sites ensuring consistent value is delivered with each and every project. Upon approval of your design quote, we work with you through Five Phases to complete your project on time and within your budget:

• Phase I Gathering Design Requirements
  During Phase I, we finalize your site map, organize & collect design assets (photos, graphics etc) and gather web site content.
  
• Phase II Interface Design "Comp"
  Here we create a visual sample of what your site will look like. Typically we create a home page and secondary set of pages to show you how the site will look. We post this to a private page on our web server for you to approve.
  
• Phase III Design Review and Approvals
  During this phase you will provide us with feedback and we will make necessary changes to the design comp as required.
  
• Phase IV Web Page Development
  With an approved site design, we now begin to create all of the HTML pages that will make up your web site. During this phase we incorporate design assets and content in all pages.
  
• Phase V Web Site Release/Launch
  Prior to launching your site, we'll test and validate the HTML to ensure all pages are functional and then publish your site.
